Roszala [our Booking Secretary] is extremely busy trying to process all the bookings already received and is preparing all the stuff required for registration - the Packs, envelopes, invoices & receipts, name badges, meal tickets, tent ribbons etc. She is being prevented from doing this because of constant calls from members who have left things too late. She is spending all the day on the phone rather than doing the work she must do.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL HER ANYMORE. All the information you need is here on this website. If you must contact her on anything that is extremely important then send an email. If you haven't done so yet then send in your booking forms by mail or email NOW. They will be processed for a few more days but will be cut off about 3 or 4 days before we the Team leave for the event. Do not try to contact any of the Team from Monday 20th onwards as we will be at the site preparing things. If you really MUST speak with someone before this, as it is very important, then call Ridwan Poole and he will help if he can.
